I heard that "they" are doing away with the ten year rule for DUI's. Meaning, even if you got a DUI in 1960, you will be chanrged for 2nd offense in 2007! Any info or incite on this?? Very curious!:repuke:

Happened to me got DUIs in Cali so I did a years worth of Classes and paid$2000 and did 6mths jail.
I thought if I did my time it would take care of the fines.Didnt work that way you got to pay each day your locked up so after I did my time I moved to
MO and they wouldnt give my license until I payed the remaning $500
That I owed Cali and I had to File a SR22 and had to carry it for 3yrs...Cali socked it to me Hard
Its becoming Nation Wide it was enforced because of MADD..And the chick that started MADD got arested for DUIs not to long ago....Tell ya what I dont drink & drive..and i wouldnt rec you doing it in Cali Fkn Costs to much
