Bad Shoulder Pain

So I got some shoulder pain been going on for about 3 weeks now. It was so bad in the beginning it was rough to do a pushup. Neutral positions don't hurt really but it is getting better over time. Most of the pain came from my front delt top to bottom. Anyone have anything similiar to this? I am goin to the orthopedist on monday to get it checked out for sure.
 
Reverse grip pulldowns, no lateral raises or bench presses for two weeks. Take some tylenol and the bill is in the mail.
Seriously, take it easy, ice it, and relax.
Go to the pool, get some sun, have a girl buy you dinner. These things always made my shoulders feel better.
 
been having shoulder problems in my right shoulder for months now pain started in the front and has worked its way to the back of the shoulder and into the trap... finally got an MRI done yesterday will let you know

advice is def to let it heal slowly... everytime I think its getting better I push it and it goes right back to square one
 
Standing heavy BB curls kill the shoulder joint, most often you don't notice the problem until chest day.

yeah i think im going to switch my routine around a bit and keep everything a bit more separated.
