I have been at it since Jan 06 so its been 23 months. Long road and alot of dieting! lol dietsbychuck.com helped me reach my goals and will help me continue to grow.

It is a Bodybuilding contest online that Ironmass does every year. I am not 100% ready to step on stage just yet, i wanted to try a few cut diets and see what they would do first. I tried Dave Palumbos cut diet and it did an amazing job, could have been a lot more cut but i cheated on the diet alot. lol So i will be using his diet for the stage next year.

They havent announced the winners yet but I am VERY confident I placed first.

1st place gets
a very nice schulpted trophey (neilson and anderson i think)
$200 cash
approx $200 in sups

i agree, my back needs to be wider for sure, the thickness is there but width is a bitch for me.
