i got my blood exams , and had a good surprise : my cd4 count is now 250 !
for you to understand , you have to know that a healthy person as a cd4 count of 500 to 1000 ( normal immune system ) , someone who is hiv positive has between 500 and 200 , then someone going full blown aids has a count of less than 200 !
when i was diagnose hiv two years ago , my cd4 count was 50 only !!!!
so , now after two years , i am not considered having full blown aids :iggthumpu
