been acting like a fat kid for a few weeks!

damn guys i started a new job that keeps me busy all damn day and it has caused me to majorly alter my diet from
meal 1:
5egg whites
1 whole egg
1 cup oatmeal
meal 2:
1 can plain tuna in water-no mayo
1 scoop protein shake
meal 3:
4oz chicken breast
1/2 cup blackeyed peas
meal 4:
same as meal 3
meal 5:
6oz fish
1 cup white rice
meal 6:
4oz chicken breast
meal 7:
2 scoops protein shake

altered to--

1 sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle
1 hashbrown

1 double whopper from BK
1 order of fries

and something just as bad for dinner :(

gettin back started again on monday with the lean diet again tho!
 
Stevia Balance will clean that crap out-of your gut.

oh yea black!-im bout to get busy on the grilled chicken and tupperware! can be gettin fat for the summer,,,i got a lot of work to do to get ready too!...Monday im gonna be busier than a one legged man in a ass kickin constest in the gym!

well MG that was my "leaning out diet"...when im tryin to get "bigger" i eat lots and lots more. i usually will take in about 35-40g of protein every 1&1/2 hours--yess ma'am--thats a lot of food and ur friend that eats alot is probably just used to it. i get that way too and the funny part is-after about two wks of miserably cramming down all that food i actually get to the point where im hungry every 1&1/2 hrs. the part that sucks is that its mostly lean food and it all tatses nasty :( ill be starting the tren/test cycle around april and im gonna be jamming down about 250g protein a day (still not alot) and 200g carbs a day with 30 mins cardio everyday and circuit workouts...shooting for about 7-8% BF by july 4th! encourage me guys :)
 
McGriddles are the SHIT lol. I have one for the first time the other day with a sweet tea and it was freakin amazing lol.

u aint lying brutha! i wouldnt be scxared to say that they are the best thing McDonalds has on the whole menu! lol but they are making me fat damnit!-fat i tell ya!!
 
"Stevia Balance" is awesome. That is what I mainly attribute reducing my waist in the last year from 40" to 34" and my weight from 265 last March to 215 in October '09 then to 230 now while keeping the 34" waist. I don't use it much anymore because I am out, but google it and get 3 boxes of 100 like I did. They were only $9.99 a box plus shipping.
