Not nearly as often. Got me a little family so priorities had to change. Fit and lean is the goal now, in an attempt to stave off old age as long as possible. You don't realize how old you're getting until you have to chase your children around a jungle gym.

Hey, Rocco. Yeah, I took a huge hiatus. To be honest I kind of fell out of love with lifting. I never stopped, just got kind of tired of the culture. Mostly tired of young, cocky kids mean mugging and posturing. The fucking selfi age has ruined lifting. Instagram heros and YouTube trolls. Found better things to do then sorround myself with showmen and posers.
