Alright fuckers .No shame in my game. This is the worse shape ive been in awhile , Ive been natty for for over a year and off GH since April. I havent workout much since my last shoot on June 12th , eating 1-2 junk meals daily but at least im watching my portions, partying my ass off ..i needed it ...lol..My goal is to drop BF and aiming for a lean assed body without anabolics. Au natural....I'll keep you guys posted of my progress..starting my diet and training next Monday..

p.s..even at my worse im still 10000000 x sexier than RippedMidget..hollaaa!!

TY..plan is to drop 1-2 lbs weekly ,really slow. 218 right now , goal is to get around 190-195,, SHREDDED to the Bone...glutes included ..:D
