I'm getting pissed now. My bench 1 1'2 months ago was 420 fairly easy at 195 lbs. I'm about the same weight now but struggling to even get up 400!!!! I took an extra week off 2 weeks ago hoping to get some strength back. I'm not over training now, just benching once a week! All my other maxes are increasing (deads gone up about 100 pounds but bench is dropping!) WTF!!!! Hopefully when I start that IGF, it helps bring some strength back! I guess I'll never see the 420 again!

Damn...that is messed up...Maybe do some dumbell presses in place of the barbell for a while...this is the only thing I could think unless you hurt yourself without knowing

Switch up the routine a bit maybe you hit your peak .Try different exercises earlier

i would also say switch it up a bit and see if that helps out a bit....

I swithcit up every week! Volume, intensity and exercises. I know I hit a peak aobut a month ago, and since then it's dropped quite a bit. It seems like when you hit a max and peak out, you'd at least stay close to it and not drop 20 pounds!!!

that happened to me also i was up benching 350 and i had trouble getting up like 330 about 2 weeks later, i fixed my problem by stopping flat bench for a week and i started dumbell presses and it brought it back up to 360 in about 3 weeks...also if ur having alot of sex(sounds weird but), it could be ur problem u lose ur strength drive and energy

it could just be a temporary thing and believe it or not you could have made a slight change in technique/grip/style/etc. even without realizeing it and dropped that much .

Stick it out....if u got there once, u Will get there again Good Luck
