best chest exercises?

what are your fav chest exercises?

let me know favorite for adding mass, and fave for cutting up. include sets and reps.
 
I use the same for mass & cutting... my routine is no different when Im cutting or when Im bulking, no reason to change it.

Weighed dips
Flat barbell
Incline dumbell
 
i havent done flat barbell in like a year and a half. i do flat dumbells all the time, but i have known a couple of bros that have injured themselves doing flat barbell. i guess to each his own though.

-pullovers for mass 12,10,8,6
-bb flat press is my favorite 12,10,8,6
 
You just cannot beat heavy bench pressing.I can really notice the difference in my pumps when I go heavy for 5 or 6 reps.......massive.

I think he's eferring to pullovers. I'm not certain though.

My chest excercise remains the same whether bulking or cutting. The only thing that changes is diet.

flat barbell press
incline press
decline press
pec fly
dips

First set warmup. 2nd through 4th increase weight to failure, usually 8.6.4. Set five is drop set to failure, usually 18 -25 reps.
 
Flat bench barbell 15,12,10,8,6
Decline fly 12,10,8
Incline barbell 10,8,8
 
in my opinion - flat benching is the way to go for everything, go heavy for about 6 weeks, something like 5 sets of 5 or so. then raise it up to 3 by 10, or 4 sets of 8, and then rep out with dumbell fly's for 2 sets, and i swear, your pecs will feel like they will explode!
