So this guy at work has seen me eating like a horse every 3 hours and getting bigger. The other day the delivery guy comes in and he's always telling me how his workouts are going, well the bicep man gets out his measure tape and wants to see how he compared to us. Delivery guy has 15.5" arms I have 15" and bicep man has 14" arms. My co-worker, aka "bicep man" is korean-american, into martial arts and is 32 years old, 5-8 and about 160 lbs. Not a bodybuilder by any means. A few days go by and all of a sudden hes got like 5 TV dinners and he's eating like me, every 3 hours. I can see i'm rubbing off on him.
Well he proceeds to make a bet, he loves to bet on, what seems like anything. He says..."hey I'll bet you lunch for a month, that in 8 weeks I'll have 1.5" bigger arms" I looked at him for about 5 seconds and replied with "Are you serious??" He kinda looked at me puzzled, like maybe he realized he's bitten off more than he can chew. I said "thats impossible". Theres no way you, meaning him, can gain 1.5 inches in total circumference in one arm in an 8 week period. He says "ok, ok 1 inch" So by his reply, i can see that he knows that it might be pretty impossible. We continued on the day and I brought it up again later after careful thought. I gave him an actual attainable goal. I said "I'll tell you what, If you can gain 1/2" in 8 weeks, I'll buy you lunch for a week" So he's one of those guys who's like, "yea well your gonna be pretty surprised when I get to 1.5 inches!" and he's saying he'll be at at least 1 inch in the first month blah blah blah.....lol I just sit back and laugh. He's telling me that he used to be big back when he was training years ago and it doesnt take very long to get huge again cuz once your muscles have been there they come right back. haha this guy is really thinking he might be able to even come close to getting 15.5" arms from 14 in 8 weeks, I dont think he's ever been over 175 lbs I believe he said before, 1/2 inch...yes 1 inch...very difficult 1.5 inches......hell no, and anyway, he wont tell me what ancient chinese secret he's going to use to get there, and he doesnt even have a gym membership or a home gym, i've been to his apartment! I'll keep you guys posted as to his success....or failure! haha

hahaha. To gain that much size on his bi's he better start pumpin, cuz 14" is pretty much skin n bones. He'll have to put about 20 lbs on to see that happen any time soon. And maybe a good cycle of test, D-bol @ like 60mgs ED!!!!!! I think you got this one in the bag. Course I did put an inch on in about 10 weeks, from 17 1/2" to a lil over 18 1/2" last year. At 5'5", my dr. said it would almost be impossible for me to put on another inch..........wait a minute......I'll bet him I can..

Maybe someone offered him some steroids, or he read one of those arm articles "1 inch in 24 hours."

Half an inch for a guy who doesn't lift weights even, not amazing in 8 weeks time. He should get that bet. 1.5" though I'd be quite taken to see a guy make that kind of change, thats around 30 pounds on me and that would put me 285 in just 8 weeks? LOL People would notice, ahem yeah.

TV dinners??? Fix that boys eating first.

LMAO TV DInners thats great, well you better watch out he might be on CELLTECH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5'8 and Korean descent..... how short are his arms?

Oh, and the TV Dinner's might be funny, but I've seen some contain as much as 30 grams of protein and under 10 grams of fat.... so... not all of them are bad, just 99.99% of them.

I'd put my bet on site enhancement, but who knows.

You have sodium and several things in processed foods that should never be consumed, and 30 grams of protein is enough for a 12 year old girl lifting weights.

lol, Ive actually got him finally eating like 4 times a day chicken breast mixed with alfredo sauce and noodles. Only thing he likes. I just hope he can find time to workout now.

Oh yes, sodium, the enemy of muscle gains.... I forgot. Thanks mudge. Wheat germ and tuna shall now be how I consume 6500 calories a day.

Well maybe he is planning on doing the 3/4 inch to your arms in 1 day program every other week....

I have always wondered what several peptides and aas could do to that program...
Its on my list of things to test some day.

well lately he's said hes been doing curls with 2 liter soda bottles for hours on end, while hes on the computer and hand-stand pushups. I cant even do hand-stand pushups, too much strain on my shoulders. He's so full of it..lol
