most personal trainers can do it for you,if they can't tell them to get with the program.

if you can, give me till tonight, ( i come home and periodically check the boards) i can recall the name of the site but it has a body fat calculator. you take some measurements and plug them in a formula. it is not dead on accurate but it is with in 2- 3 % of your actual percentage. i just can not recall the site at the moment.

Dieselboy, sorry it took me so long to find that site. go to www.nutrmedia.com , the calculator is towards the bottom of the page. you will need to know your body weight and your waist size. it is pretty accurate. hope it helps.
