got me a different stepper, my old one kept constanly breaking down, it was a diamondback original cost was $1000 three yrs ago, avoid them at all cost! I always wanted a REAL stairmaster like at the gym but they go for $2400 new. I saw one on ebay and it was about 35 miles from my house so I contacted the guy asked him if I could come look at it.
Got there and the thing was like new, awesome shape. He was having a third child and needed extra cash so he put it on ebay. I have been watching on ebay and used ones always bring 700-900 bucks in this shape. So I asked him what amount he needed to just sell it to me and stop the auction. He said he really wanted $500, so I said I will give you $450, he said how about $475, I said well I will split the difference and give you $465....lol. He accepted it and I just got home. I think I got a damn good deal. It is the Stairmaster 4000PT.
