Boxing Lessons or NO EXPLODE

i am trying to get in shape .... i work out at my apartment gym mostly with free weights .....recently got a job

my question is .... whether i should spend my money on

purchasing NO EXPLODE or get BOXING LESSONS

its a very hard choice for me ... what do you think ......

since i am trying to add some veins in my body and increase stamina ....i dont know what to do ....

if i purchase no explode it will come in a week or so but i would be short 30-40 bucks ...

but i know getting signed up for boxing will take me around a month or so .... maybe longer cause' i am workin for a car and i will probably get the chance to sign up after i do
 
boxing lessons it is ....

the reason i was comparing or was having a hard time choosing between the two was b/c i want to get in shape fast .... boxing lessons arent cheap which is why i am working my off .... NO explode kind of is .. and will give me a pump which will help me concentrate when i am boxing .gr8 advise though .. boxing lessons it is

let me ask you one more thing over here .. cause' i dont feel like opening another thread .... before i join into boxing .. do you think i should overfeed myself to 200 lbs and then go in the program or is 180 lbs found .. .people told me that goin in the program will cause' me to lose some major weight .....

So you want to put on even more fat before you start when your goal is to get more cut up and veiny?

NO, don't do that shit. You will lose the weight fast, so make sure you are keeping the protein intake up. I also think the no-xplode right before boxing would help.

Save money and just buy a jump rope and run lots...

Watch all the Rocky movies religiously and do everything he does.
Buy a chicken and then catch it, then eat it. Thats prime protein right there.

Are you asking if its more important to know how to defend yourself better or have a little more water in your muscles temporarily?
