How long you feel "blah" for?
Do you train after the oats? If so how long after?
Matt76 said:I believe it was 1cup of oats washed down with 75grams of protein. I feel Blah forever and I usually take them in 45min-1hr before working out.

I'm not a fan of breads in my diet even if it is a whole grain wheat. Eating foods such as oats that dont have lots of sugars will kinda make you a little sluggish. Its probably due to the fact that you are use to consuming those sugars and your body notices the difference when you do not consume them. At least I have experienced this when I'm dieting. Stick with the oats bro, there is nothing that can compare to them. Try throwing in some other foods to get your energy up. Maybe before a workout etc.. when you really need them. Let us know how it works
