Breakfast help, please.

The weather is getting warmer, the motorcycles are charged up with new fluids, and I'm ready to be a regular motorcycle commuter again.
Only thing is, I need to leave earlier and need help with breakfast.
Used to eat in the car but now I need to put it down before I leave.
Can someone give me some quick, easy breakfast ideas I could use to get the nutrition I need, quickly, and so I can leave early for work, so as to get on the good roads while they are clear.
 
I wouldn't eat white bread unless it was very close to pwo.

A quick shake would be a good choice, here is what I use:

1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 cup oatmeal
2 scoops protein
water or skim milk
 
Yeah drinking your breakfast is going to be the fastest. But if you had time you could take some eggs scramble in a dish with peppers onions and cheese throw in microwave for about two minutes then you got a scrambler. Put the mix in a wrap and eat.
 
low carb option

4 tblsp heavy cream
2 scoop protein
1/2 cup cottage cheese
water and ice
 
a lot of times ill drink a second breakfast after eating to get in more calories. or if im short on time

1 cup instant oatmeal
6-8egg whites (you can add some whole eggs along with the egg whites
depending on if your cutting bulking etc.)
1 banana
10 oz. skim milk
1 scoop chocolate protein

you can add peanut butter as well if your bulking.
 
while cutting I do:

1 cup oatmeal
1 scoop Whey protein
8oz Skim milk

Bulking:
1 cup oatmeal
1 scoop whey protein
8oz 2% milk
2 tbsp natty pb
 
so you guys put uncooked oats in your shake and drink them? I always thought that was bad due to the swelling it does in your stomach?
 
Your stomach can handle one cup just fine

We aren't talking birds eating rice.....:)

30mins before i take cellmass creatine, have shower etc. then take 1scoop of whey protein.
then start making my food
1 cup of oatmeal with half a banana,
8egg whites 2 yokes,
1/2 can of beans sauce squeezed out of it and EOD one slice of granary bread.
(lately i have been cutting out the bread again)

what ye guys think of the above?? any adivce would be welcome thks...

You should take ur creatine just befor you hit the gym, say 3-5 grams, then some like to take another 3-5grams after w/ thier post gym meal.
