I have a fractured hand and will not be able to lift for at least 4 weeks. My doctor said they may have to do surgery. I go tomorrow for the final check up.

I wanted to know if it would be wise to do only cardio in this time frame? I know I will loose alot of muscle mass. I dont seem to be worried about that right now. All I am focused on is getting ripped up anyway.

I have been riding my bike since my accident. Yesterday I done one hour of cardio on my bike.

Honestly do you all think I will loose to much muscle mass by just not lifting for 4-5 weeks?

cardio is fine, just keep eating. so what/who did you punch and why?

just keep that diet and protein in check..if not your gonna see some loss there kiddo

lol call me up if any problems..ill make a phone call to some peeps around your "HOOD"

def do the cardio bro and lift some legs...wish you a fast recovery

i got my ass kicked my 7 or 8 people and i still looked pretty the next day...

THATS CALLED GIFTED

n its cute to see you took the time to find that out thate..miss you honey

yeah man just keep your diet & cardio straight and youll be fine. I can take a guess why you broke your hand lol...

keep ur protein high and do any kind of lifts that u can. you wont lose anymore muscle than u normally would just some strength.

p.s. if u havent taking sometime off in a few months a couple weeks off wouldnt be bad anway. for the next 2 weeks after ur break try doing legs twice a week.

Black, hurt yourself jerkin off bulls again, eh? LOL...j/k, bro......yep..stay with cardio and some leg training....heal up soon, bubba.

id prolyl say lay off the lifts for the most part so ur hand can heal properly and fast and hit cardio twice as much
