Permission is not allowed by members.. to that section(announcement forum)
Icon are not showing up..
Looks to me like it's a folder error
they are not linked to the right folder
It's a general template change
admincp/Styles &Templates/Style manager/dun ~ click on "all style options"
go down to "Image Paths" and make sure they are pointing to the right folder.
I've had this happen to a few skins
This is where they are pointing now
forums/images/icons/icon1.gif
to (where they should point to)
forums/dun/icons/icon11.gif
Unless you want them to all be in the icon's folder.. then just ftp all the icons up into that original icon folder.. but not the folder itself just the icon files.. same goes with smilies etc
