Alright, after my knee injury I've really been lacking in the motivation department. Opening the 07 log up to keep me on track and to get motivated again. My goals at the moment are not for size, but for brute strength and speed. Cardio is going to be huge in my training. I'm I cutting? no, not necessarily. For my new job (hopefully), I am going to need to be in top Cardiovascular shape. So in efforts to not turn into a tiny dude, I will concentrate on keeping what I have and increase my strength
