8 weeks still left of bulking before I start dieting down. I'm still not as far as I would like to be. i need more work on my delts,arms and legs. WORK IN PROGRESS

Doesn't really look like you're carrying much fat just some stomach bloat. Leaning out for you should be fairly quick and painless;)

Breakfast:
Large egg white omlet
Large bowl oatmeal
1 biscuit

Mid-snack
1 cup yogurt
1 apple

Pre-workout
1 scoop whey
1 apple

Post workout
1 scoop whey
1 scoop casien
mixed with 20oz gatorade

Lunch
2 whole wheat turkey sandwhich
2 cups salad

Mid-day
yogurt

Dinner
2 chicken breast
2 cups salad

It's soooo funny how people are so different. I cut to single digits last time on more food than that, and you bulk on it. Atleast you know what works for you. Good job, loco!


And I agree with Loke you are just holding a ton of water in your gut, once you dry it you will be surprised how much leaner you are than you thought.
