Ok guys, figured I'd give ya'll a quick update...

first, here are 2 pics from about 7 weeks ago...end of bulking...at 258 lbs.

I've cleaned up my diet quite a bit since those pics...

Now here are a few pics from 2 weeks ago at about 235 lbs.

and lastly, a couple pics from just a few days ago...at about 231...

happy to be still over 230 lbs and at only 10% bf.

I plan to start my full on prep at 12 weeks out and be under 10% bf...this way I'm stage ready about 3-4 weeks out and can concentrate on coming into the show full...not worrying the last couple weeks about not being ready and panicking/depleting myself and risk being flat...

I did hire someone about 8 weeks ago, but he turned out flaky...so I dropped him.

I will be working with a good friend of mine throughout my prep...starting at 14 weeks out.

So I think I'm all set buff, thanks though.

With the knowledge you have bro, you can probably hold your own with your own preperation, I'd make sure I know the bro good and see what kind of knowledge he can bring to the table before I would go that route...good luck with your prep
