whatever you want to call it cheat meal/ carb up meal etc. the purpose is more of less the same. Try to deflect and metabolism slow down from dieting, and to give u a mental break.

most people dont count calories but also indulge way too much. if you want tobe scientific about it, how many calories and macros should you try to hit?

stats 161 lbs. bf around 14-15%
