can any one please help me with a good but hard back routien please
 
This is similiar to what I do.

Lat pulldowns to front 6-8 sets start with a lighter weight then go heavier each set

T-bar rows 6 sets 6-12 reps

seated cable rows 6 sets 6-12 reps

Bent over barbell rows 6 sets 6-12 reps

Note I work traps with shoulders on a separate day.
