Cantalope??

i'm on the timed carb diet yet today when I went to the store I couldn't help but buy some cantalope and i'm wondering when would be the best time to eat it?? Before I workout or after?
 
I believe it has alot of sugar in it since its a fruit.....I dunno I am lazy post up the cals and what not in a serving.
 
grrr but it's so juicy. I don't know if I can stop myself. I'm prolly just acting funny b/c i've only had about 15carbs total today
 
Dude... I quarter a cantelope and throw a slice in with my Met RX and some crushed ice and blender the shit out of it.. Makes a great mornin' shake.
BTW... I like my mornin' shakes thick like cake batter.
 
Before or after. Or you could just eat in a healthy manner and scrap the timed carb diet.

well i'm doing pretty well on it right now. Things are starting to really tighten up
