i know g4e does this & buff mayb

but i just read afew articles, that suggest 2 have carbs right b4 trainin, then right after, then with ur next meal *hour later*
& by carbs im talkin like dextros

i think ive talked 2 g4e about this b4 *carbs right b4* but have u guys tried it?

& if u havent is the thinkin that theres gona b less fat loss b/c ur gona b burnin so much durrin the workout?

It depends what your goal is. I don't have a carb meal prior to my workouts. I have an apple as I'm walking in. That's about it. After I have my dex with Whey and 1 1/2 later I have a meal with Protein and carbs. Low GI, all solid. NO dex at this point unless your on slin lol ;)

so no protein right b4 either correct? i mean no protein right b4
just an apple & get trainin?
 
No protein right before for me. I eat 6 meals a day throughout so it's not needed. I have a solid meal maybe 2 hours before going to the gym with Ground beef.

I train in morning, so I just get a cup of coffee and slam a protein shake then train. after that, I will consume carbs
 
An hour before my training, I have egg whites or tuna and fruit. During my workout I have some dextrose and right after it's whey and dextrose. Then 1 1/2 hours later it's a carb/protein meal.
 
I really have to say that this totally depends on your goals. I got some of my best strength and size gains by doing:
Pre Workout - Carbs & Protein
Post Workout - Carbs & Protein
1 Hour Post Workout - Complex Carbs & Protein
However, I did get very bloated and put on some body fat. If you don't have a worry or don't put on fat easy I'd go w/ a mix of Complex & simple carbs w/ whey pre and simple carbs and whey post and 1 hour later complex carbs and solid protein.

I train at 6AM and at 5AM I have 2 pieces of whole wheat toast w/ honey and 40 grams whey. Post I have White Rice & whey.
