Cardio before weights?

Always a good post.

Never will I recomend either, cardio before or on an empty stomach. Too much muscle at stake.

I'm going to be adding 15 mins cardio to end of some of my workouts. At that point where I got blood work done after pct and I'm doing well, and my hormones are levelled out
 
IMO cardio on an empty stomach can have a place in a prep but only if the person is behind, also never at high intensity and also I always recommend to include some BCAA's before doing it.

I always do about 10 to 15 min of cardio just to get the blood circulating, I feel this is important to help minimize the chance of injury, specially for old fuckers like me! LOL

BCAA's before AM cardio when cutting help prevent losing a shitload of muscle. Especially leucine.
 
Any pills on an empty stomach before cardio is flirting with disaster for me.
 
It is good to do cardio before any weights. I also do cardio. Jogging and running are best because these are good for making muscles strong and warm up our body.

I was going to say (I) resemble that remark.. but here I think I can safely say 90% of everyone in this thread are Old Fuckers my friend! LMAO!!
 
I have always done am cardio on an empty stomach. But like said above I take bcaa's. as long as we're loaded up on anabolics and keeping our heart rate at 60% or so we should be ok.
 
3 years in college swimming morning practices and not once did I eat first. Blahhh!
Can you imagine swimming 4 1/2 miles with a belly of food?
