I have to get to work by 6 am so its pretty hard getting up in time to do some cardio my hours suck 6am-4pm .I like to go to the gym after work but I hate when its packed from everybody getting off work so I go later around 8 .My workouts usually 1 1/2 to 2 hrs then have 2-3 more meals before bed so go to bed around midnight. I haven't had much sleep lately really burnt out .

yeah..that sucks...instead of going to the gym..how about just mere running on the street....or on a lunch break..problem I have is I dont don cardio before or after lifting so I need a seperate day or time like you....getting up that early is hard for me too...

hey bro, it may not be feasible, but i had the same issues. I went on Ebay and bought a commercial grade piece of cardio equipment for $400 and stuck it in the basement. Now I just have to roll out of bed and 'zombie' downstairs.

Again, may not be an option, but there are some great home equipment options out there on Ebay.

I was about to suggest the same thing a jog or brisk walk before work.

The problem is gettin up that early i want to run on a empty stomach never did and tried it a few times and liked the results instead of running after workouts. I do have a decent treadmill downstairs but cant get up in time Ive been late to work lately just burnt from working at my family's liquior store .....heh sometimes we have to run the store 20 hrs straight cause my parents take off and they just want to run it by family and not hire anyone! So just cant wait till we get rid of the bussiness around winter we told them were goin seperate ways ,first thing is gettin out of md .

I was in such a situation a long while back and i got a Proform treadmill. They run about $400. or so depending on the options. Sears sells them. Ive had mine for 5yrs and it still runs like new. What i do, if i don't have the time, is to do my cardio on my off days and it really helps out cause i can do it at whatever time i like.

Yeah Ive been trying to do cardio 5-6 times a week to knock off some bacon .I stopped working out for bout a year and gettin back in the mix again .If only we had celebrity lifestyles 24 hr chefs a personal trainer and no work that would make my day :asket:

Try eating 1/2 grapefruit and taking 200-300mg of R-ALA prior to doing cardio in the AM. I know the theory behind doing LI empty stomach cardio first thing in the morning and it has worked for me. I hit the stairmaster machine for 35-45 minutes @ 5am.

Work your shift and eat your meals as best you can, and at least consume one gallon of water ED.

Knock down your training session(s) bro - that sounds like too much time in the gym IMO. Have you tried just training EOD, low volume - heavy weight? (65% of your max).

Well Im trying shed some fat and gain mass at the same time so its like a must to train heavy .I'll try r-ala prior to cardio with grapefruit thing lol can you really tell a much difference prior to cardio ?

Over time, yes. R-ALA should be used daily to assist in using up glucose/carbs. Check with your doc if you are diabetic first though!

Do some research on grapefruit and the acid in it which assists in burning "body fat".

Well Im taking about 200mg R-ALA with a meal 4-5 times ed . Interesting info though
