I think I read somewhere that it is different if you're a male or a female or even if you are a trained athlete or a newbie. Not sure this is true but I'm gonna look it up.Cardio works the same for me fasted of if I have eaten.
I do 40 min fasted cardio five times a week and it seems to work - probably because I recently switched to a vegan diet. GF my mentor at WCBB says it might be due to a calorie deficit.
why the vegan diet, MG? That I definitely do not believe. Leaving all the high quality protein out of your diet? No way!
Can't get myself to do a fasted cardio. I do just fine with my normal routine. I move all day. Weight training for 1-1.5hr starting the day and stay physical active til I hit the hay that night...
