What do you guys do? I use to get more running, stairs and sprinting in but since I moved I don't have the day light time I use to most of the year. I need to do something 3-4 times a week on a regular. Guess I just need to get in the basement and get on the treadmill. Stuff I like..

1. Grapple
2. running
3. sprinting
4. elliptical
5. stairs
6. hiking
7. walking

What do you like?

Tuesday Thursday Saturday are my cardio days I like to switch it up I'll do interval stuff and change up what machines I use or how I do it. Like today I did 15 mins on the elliptical and 15 on the step mill

Walking or hiking. We have many good trails along the lake and through the forest.

Stationary bike or treadmill.

If I lived out in the mountains or country, hiking would be cool. I'd walk outside if it wasn't 2000 degrees....but then again, I like to sit on my stationary bike an watch TV.

I spend quality time split between the treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike when I hit the gym. Extremely fast walking is my speed of choice on the treadmill, whereas on a bike I prefer something more like interval training.
However, when I feel like suffering... to the stairmaster I go!
Outside of the gym I have my horse, some days are more intense than others but it's a nice feeling to be able to forget you're doing cardio until you have to drive home in your sweaty ass clothes... I love riding but damn, the only things that change from what I wear to ride in the winter to the summer is switching to a short sleeved shirt.

Yesterday was first day back in the dojo after my Europe trip. 2 weeks in Italy and I dropped from 202 to 194. Back up to 196 now. Food in the States is poison. Woke up early and did 20 minutes running and walking on the dreadmill. Then last night went to dojo. Roughly 6:45 to about 8:15. Lot of drilling arm bars and ground work.

honestly, not much that I LIKE doing. I do ice skate at least once, mostly twice a week. One time during a puck & shoot at my local rink and another time at a public session with my daughter on Saturday. Been walking almost daily with my family for years. We live in a pretty rural spot and we walk around our property & home area, which is pretty hilly for 20-45 min a day. Other than that, just doing shit around the house & property maintenance. Getting a pool installed right now, so hopefully swimming to come soon, or at least 12oz curls in the pool :)

Nice about the horseback riding. Sounds very rewarding.. and could be expensive.

I walk a lot of week ends with my wife. That's her exercise thing. so it's 3-5 miles but a lot of times it's in our little town which is historic to the civil war so it's neat. Only thing is 1/2 the time we end up eating lunch out down town.

I get my wifi hooked up on my phone and watch videos usually while on the treadmill a few times a week. And usually once outside on the nice weather.
I would love to get back into grappling.
During the winter cardio is hockey for me :)

Hear ya Glycomann. For us it's something that we absolutely do for the family time together. The health benefits are a nice side, but we purposely make dinner, eat dinner and walk after dinner together. So, even though you might grab meals out, I suspect it's the same for you too? the time you spend together

Heavy squats. I probably should add work as well. I'm on my feet usually walking, carrying, climbing, etc ten to twelve hours a day.

Yeah the walks and hikes are a relationship builder.

CArio for me today was gluing new feet on my computer and watering the garden. I am sick as fuck. I hate summer colds.

I havnt done cardio in 7 years. If you see me running, you should run too cuz there's probably something very large chasing me.
