Christmas presents

Santa seemed to have went nuts with toys this year here at the Oz house.....

For me it's not so much about what I got but more whta I gave. I love to see people's faces when they open the gifts.
For me, mostly clothes because I'm constantly wearing my clothes out.
I buy myself the good presents. Nobody else can afford the things I want; big boys and their big boy toys!!!

We decided at the last minute that Christmas wasn't all about consumerism so at the last minute we went out and got stuff for each other. I got her a C-table at Pier One so she can work more confortably at home, a bunch of Indian scarves, and a leather bag for hiking. She got me a Hepafilter to help with my Asthma and a shaver for my head. They were small but considerate gifts.

Let's see:

Xbox 360
Samsung 40" LCD TV
Dell 21" Computer Monitor
Bodyguardz Garrison Case
Led Zeppelin The Complete Studio Recordings Box Set
$130 Walmart Gift Card
$75 in iTunes Gift Cards

Perfectly honest here. I got nothing except quality time with my ol lady and family....
We vowed to not buy eachother anything this year as my mind was quite concerned with others needing gifts this year that didnt have the ability or option to provide.....
I didnt wish or want anything more than just some quiet time with my Ol lady and I even got sumthn sumthn before I got outa bed this morning so it was a good ,,

Well not a whole lot this year since we had a couple extra little girls to buy for, So it was much better for me to spend money on them instead of me getting a few extra pare of gym shorts and shoes,etc..
My bride did however scored me 2 under armour hoodies,2 nikes hoodies,4 gym shorts(UA),4 gym shirts (UA),3 nike shirts,1 nike shorts..And of course some socks and 8 pair of boxer briefs..So basicly just the essentials..
The girls on the other hand (Catlin,Bree,Josie) told me they had they best Christmas ever! I was so proud of my daughter because she told me before Santa got here she said "Dad I won't be mad if Santa don't get me as much stuff as he usually does because I know he's got to bring Cat and B some stuff here that he's not used to bringing so he might not bring me as much as he use to but it's ok because I'm sad for them because Brandon is in heaven and your taking care of them for him" this made me cry like a baby and to have a little 7 year old say "Dad don't be sad I really do understand" I said baby girl daddys not crying just because I'm sad but I'm crying because you really do understand and daddys so proud of you!
Man what a girl I have!! To be so young and still believe in Santa she's so grown up whe it comes to certain things... Little did she know that Mom and I had started buying for her and her brother & sister as soon as Christmas was over last year and had their Christmas bought and paid for before her Birthday in Oct..lol, And Thanks to these Muscle heads on LSW & MK that donated and took up a fund for Brandon's girls when he died in Sept and raised over $1,300 they had a awesome Christmas as well! Not to mention the 2 sponsors that sent a couple boxes of toys and girls clothes!! So I'll have to say even thought the wife and I only got each other a couple things this year this has been the VERY BEST CHRISTMAS WE HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! I hope everyone had a awesome Christmas God bless you all!

Not a single thing so I bought myself a Samsung 60" LED TV.

Kids made out like bandits. We are having Christmas with my parents this weekend so they will get even more.

Sarah made out like a bandit!

Freeze, I feel what you're saying my friend. Having a child that loving and unselfish is better than any material gift. Some of the pride comes from knowing the values they have at that age are the ones you helped to form. Those are 3 lucky kids, but I'm sure they all know that!

wifeys mad at me and didn't get me shit! well I went out bought all kinds of crap for myself. just to piss her off even more! lmao

My daughter and son-in-law gifted me with a CVA Kodiak Magnum .50cal Mossy Oak Edition. That says " we love you Dad" here in the Smoky Mountains.

Now that's a present!

I also got spoiled with an AR-15 and a slide fire for a little full auto action. Haven't shot it yet but it sure looked good under the tree!!

Hmm...

130$ to Walmart,
A couple CD's,
A couple books,
Tons of clothes,
Headphones,
& a really nice watch.

:)
I was satisfied.
