ok im going to start a log here for my upcoming dieting and training....i am not going to get too detailed like a1 it will be more for me to keep track of what im doing,very similar to oz's.....
i will weigh in every monday morning.....
just running 250mg of cyp per week.......
glutamine/creatine/multivitamins/vitamin b,c,d,e,calcium/fish oil/flaxseed oil/nca.......adding agmatine in a couple weeks....
 
Day 1-Monday, January 4th

Weight-220

Chest/Tri's

first day back can already feel soreness...went very light but great range of motion....

diet was great kept carbs between 120-140g....

i burned my foot and leg really bad 2 months ago it was infected and took forever to heal......so about 2 months and my diet went to shit too.........
 
I feel your pain Clutch, both feet broke in August in an accident. Been back in the gym for about 6 weeks and feel great but yes the soreness the first two weeks SUCKED! Can you post up your stats, macros?

trainings going good....just have to get past the initial soreness....no sides off 250mg week and the muscle memory kicked in quick....very good mental state of mind..muscles feel nice and hard....did u ever go low carb?? if so how low did u go and what were the results????

I rarely consume more than 200 g a day except when I'm on holiday or not being so good. i am very carb sensitive. The only times I go higher carbs is when i have added a lot of mass fast. Mostly I stay pretty low carb.
 
ya im trying to stay between 100-150g per day....ive never went that low like u im carb sensitive......

That sucks. The pain from being burnt is IMO the worst pain ever. I'd rather be eaten alive by a grizzly than being burnt to death haha. Good to see you recovered - now kick ass in the gym amigo! :igok:

thanks buddy!! ya so i was heating up caramel in a tupperware container...i took it out of the microwave and the bottom melted out all over my left foot then my right....it was so bad after work the next day i had 3 gigantic bubbles on my toes and the biggest spot on my ankle was turning like ten different colors....the worst pain of my life!!!!!!!!!!

still sore from monday but had a really good workout. carbs a little higher today around 150g....

back was really sore from deadlifts today and tri's STILL sore from monday....i know i weigh in on monday's but i couldn't help myself today..i weighed in at 217 which is a loss of 3 lbs in 4 days...kind of made my day...kept carbs extremely low today around 70-80g....feeling good......
 
What kind of workout routine you doing regarding the weights - volume, HIT, Beiber :p, what? Also what's your split look like?
 
ya its mostly volume....light weight high reps for now......

i forgot to put legs...this is just this week cuz of the soreness next week im adding bis to back day then legs the next day....once i feel back to normal ill post a permanent split and exercises.......

nice workout today.....did a lot of volume....decided to do a 150mg shot of prop for a boost and felt nice....i cant wait to switch to test e and up it to 500mg....keep looking at the mirror and my stomach looks half the size i love it....my fiance bought a big bottle of wine so i had a glass....its amazing when u quit binge drinking how u feel tilted off a glass of wine....its nice to have a fun night after all the serious shit throughout the week....still researching dandelion root thinking of adding it in to the mix..........
 
I found your log clutch. I'll be following. I haven't started my keto yet. I think I'm going to have to figure out a way to still eat carbs...I just hate gaining the belly!! Yesterday I weighed in at 219 1/4.
 
will we are within a couple pounds of eachother....it was VERY hard to go even this low carb i cant imagine going keto....i guess part of it is that i just jumped into it cold turkey but ive been ok throughout the day the only thing that sucks is i take trazadone for sleep and it makes me hungry as fuck....i usually go to sleep before it occurs but last night i waited too long and ate 80g carbs at once when i had 80g the whole day before that!!!! u should start a log will id follow it......
 
I might start a log. I'm thinking about doing a show in November here in Vegas. A guy in the gym was just telling me about it today. I need to start bulking now if I'm going to do it. Plus my legs have gotten smaller cause I don't train them as much anymore because of my knees. I'm going to try to do squats one more time though and see what happens. I know what you mean getting hungry like that, you just want to eat everything in sight. I get like that when my blood sugar gets low
