the last 3 weeks ive been doing something that ive never done before ive started drinking coffee--its not that bad--i guess you can teach an old dog new tricks

On weekends I will drink the whole damn pot of coffee ,straight up black.
During the week I only drink 20 ou on my way to the gym then its water the rest of the day ......
Coffee is good ......Without coffee BikerTrash would be a danger to himself and others.

I have one in the morning strong, then one weak cup I sip all day long past it growing cold. morning one has sugar and non-dairy creamer. Afternoon one has only the non dairy.

I used to drink it all long when I was roofing and doing construction work.

Now I limit myself to 2 cups.

I need a coffee in the after noon to get through work. Cup a day of coffee or tea

I drink a cup of coffee every morning and thats it for the day. The Fiancee and I got a Keurig for christmas for her parents and she got me hooked on the shit lol

I drink 3~5 cups per day including a large cup prior to workout as the caffeine rush is a big help in getting going

I drink a lot of coffee. I know everyone at the Dunkin Donuts on a first name basis. And I have a keurig coffee pot.

Start my day with 2. Coast through the day with another.

I used to make a pot Monday am and microwave a cup every morning through the week by Friday it was mud. Got me a Keurig a few years ago....

Try a coffee with a shot of espresso and a little sweetener if you like that..solid day starter!

Strong coffee, black, with ice, just like my father used to drink, in the morning.
Only thing, I'm so used to strong coffee, if I have a weak brew (like at a convenience store) I end up getting a headache.
Get enough of them as it is but weak and/or no coffee will give me a headache like clockwork.
So, let that be the warnng, but who cares, there's nothing like a double shot of expresso, then a cup to sip!
I have to be careful of dehydration, though, because supposedly caffeine is somewhat diuretic (water sharing).
Maybe someone could verify that.

I like the keurig for a single small cup, gets expensive if you drink a lot. I prefer to use a french press with fresh ground, get full control over how strong it is and there is always a ton. I've been drinking a lot of decaff lately to avoid the caffeine.

Well I also drink coffee but not more then 2 cups a day because it contains caffeine which is compulsory in a specific quantity for our body.. So if we exceed that quantity then I think we can face some side effects... Because coffee also increase the calories in our body.

Caffeine
Caffeine is a diuretic frequently consumed in beverage form. According to the University of Illinois McKinley Health Center, moderate consumption of beverages containing caffeine, such as coffee, soda or black tea, will not cause you to become dehydrated: the liquid in these beverages offsets the diuretic effects of the caffeine. However, each individual reacts differently to caffeine.

Coffee is calorie free.

We've got a Cuisinart grind and brew. Nothing like waking up in the morning to a hot cup of coffee. Ay my age it's better than sex!

Besides great in taste, coffee has many health benefits also so we must add coffee in our daily meals. Coffee is great antioxidant, reduce muscle pains and helpful in treating short term memory. Coffee boost immunity system and reduce the risk of skin cancer, diabetes, stroke and heart problems.

Coffee is a part of my diet. Been at work since 7:30 up at 6:15 and I have already had 2-3 cups. Got to be strong stuff! Why people make coffee and you can read a newspaper through it makes no sense.

500ml in the morning.. Black as pitch. Another 500ml at lunch. Same
