I have been getting ready for a cold winter for some time.
I'm no weather man, but have worked outside for many years, including the 11 years as a youth whereby I lived at the orphanage.
This year just seems as though it will be cold. I just have a hunch and could very well be wrong, but for the past 2 months I have been doing winterizing projects around the house, and will continue to do so. If there was global warming, it is over. Face it. Move on.
Gotta finish digging some french drains around the property, seal a slacked course in a foundation wall, insulate the floor of the sun room, and chop some more wood for the wood stove.
Yeah, I burn wood, you see, the full grown Mountain Ash, Oak, Maples, Pines, White Birch, and Shagbark Hickory tree's around my property need Co2 to make oxygen.
Besides, I hate giving any more money than possible to the thieves at Peco.
