yes i'm getting desparate to lose weight haha and still eat

Anybody use anything they like or that worked??

I need to make the order tonight
 
I tried it once and the shit they made you drink tasted so fuckin horrible, I sent it back for a refund!
 
well I went the cheap route and order a packet system on ebay

I have to take 3packs a day for 7days. I just hope to lose a few lbs is all. Let's hope it works haha, but not to well:)

welp only time will tell

The type I got retailed for around 50 and I got it for 20bux.

If it doesn't work no biggy. If it does then good for me haha

Just giving my opinion. I used one before- not to lose weight. Anyway, it did shit all (pardon the pun). And if it's done just as a weight loss thing, you know that it'll only be temporary most likely.
 
heck if it was temporary i'd be fine with that haha I just need the weight loss for my strongman comp
 
o and i've swallowed gum everyday for the past 8years and I hear gum doesn't digest to well
 
Chewing gum is just latex, plastics and vinyl with sugar, coloring and flavour. It's kinda like tasty floor vinyl, if you think about it. The enzymes in our body can't digest it, so if it goes in the top end it has to come out the bottom.
 
Maybe I should do this, everyone keeps telling me I'm full of shit. :toilet:
