ok here is some. the first is from about almost a year ago/with 5 months later. Then about 3 months off from back problems and then then newest.

hey bro, you can get one for like a buck at walmart........it is a GREAT way to measure body changes, sometimes you cannot see an inch here and there in pictures, but the tape measure does not lie!
