cortisol blockers

I don't think that there are any. Tren has a very high affinity for the cortisol receptor. Use enough test and it also blocks the cortisol receptor well.

I was going to say I'm taking test, deca and t-bol right now to block mine. But it's not otc, it's ilegl.

You just want to bring it down a little..... A human can actually die from to little cortisol within a matter of a few weeks. The very best you can do to keep it in good healthy rang is sleep. Good solid sleep. Even take a nape if needed or have the time.

OTC....hmmmm....I don't normally worry too much about cortisol, but Vitamin C helps too.

Phosphatidylserine,
been proven to block cortisol, 800mg AFTER your workout and you're good to go,
I buy this brand because it comes in 200mg softgels

5 bottles for $125, yes the stuff is expensive.

Very interesting......most people don't realize that cortisol is also responsible (partly) for the storage of memories. Mostly bad memories. There are a very few Rx drugs used to control cortisol in people with PTSD or severe depression do to past events. Phosphatidylserine is also used to improve memories, mostly, by way of recall.
