My quads have never really cramped up before and I just don't mean the little charlie horses I mean the full locked out not being able to bend the knee type of cramps. I am taking potassium and magnesium pills about 2mags and 4potassium pills a day. I also drink a ton of water.

So I have a few ?'s is this a possible side effect of coming off of M1T?? Is the clen doing this to me eventhough i'm at a very low dose and only on my 2nd day?? or could it be just that i'm sick(which I am) and my body can't stay hydrated??

any additional advice to avoid these types of cramps will be appreciated

YES! the clen is doing it for sure. you need to take a ton of Taurine. The cramps from it are very painful!

gotcha bro. Now don't laugh at my next question b/c I will explain. Do they have taurine at GNC??

The reason why i'm asking is b/c I just made a big purchase from there b/c they have that nice 100% satisfaction guarantee and for some reason I already don't like the products but will continue to use them:D might as well do the same with the taurine

yup I just looked it up on there sight and they do have it. How much should I be taking is 1000mg a day enough??

depends. I use to take 450mg about 3 times a day. You can start with less and go from there..

alright will do. The damn liquid clen I got is strong as hell got me shaking pretty good even if i'm only taking 50mcgs

I have taken clen TONS of times and NEVER cramped within 2 days, but for cramps nothing beats a stack of calcium/magnesium/potassium

I take this three times a day when using clen, and no cramps whatsoever

that's another thing I was going to ask now I cut milk pretty much out of my diet could that effect me

milk? I wouldn't think so. I never drink milk, and never experience cramps, unless I'm on something like clen without taurine..

As Buff said about 5g of taruin will do, along with alot of water. Keep taking your RDA dose of potassium, and about between 600-1200mg of mag

Being serious here, Taurine works great, but the quickest and most effective relief for muscle cramps is tonic water, and the quinine in about 4-6 oz will stop severe leg cramping and even a charley horse in just a few minutes. IFBB pros like Jay Cutler and Tom Prince carry bottles of quinine tablets around and eat them like candy during their workouts.

Lack of proper hydration is the main cause of severe cramps and to prevent them, you will need to increase your water intake, up your intake of Sodium and potassium and add about 800-1000 mg Calcium/magnesium to your diet.

no matter what i would take I always got a severe calf cramp on clen atleast once per cycle.

If your bf is low and you are taking clen h20 is the best alot of hydrating. I was taking lasix not much, but i do alot of cardio b4 i was in the hospital and i was getting really bad cramping in the calfs and mid thigh areas, but i had to take in alot of fluid and it stopped or it wasnt as bad. It usually happened mostly at nite.

a side effect of Clen is taurine depletion... i have it under control... i have supplemented taurine @ 500mg x3 times daily... plus I will have a sugar free NOS energy drink that has 2000mg of taurine hhahaha.... 0 sugar and 1g carb... and it tastes awesome.... I drink over a gallon and half of water daily... it will not stop clen cramps....
