Does creatine give anyone else on here the shits? Seems like anytime I take it I keep the shits. Looks like I will have to quit using it.
 
yeah i get that if i dont keep my water intake high. i also dont use over 12g a day.

i get cramps in my stomach the first week or soo then i get use to the creatine.. its great off cycle helps me retain size and a bit of water... I just take a big table spoon put it in my mouth then rinse it down with water easiest and most convientent way to take it

10g's not that much...perhapts try a diff brand. I know creatien gives alot of bros the shits...its just a matter of if you can deal with it or not. It only gives me 1 extra shit a day...so I can deal with it.LOL :p

switch brands... and possibly go to CEE
if you are purging cavity water... it's a good sign your body doesn't like it
 
I, too, prefer CEE over the monohydrate.

what are the differences do you retain any water with CEE.. i actually dont mind a little bit of water retention with mono because i use it after cycle and it helps ease the pain of coming off with that extra bit of cellular fluid
 
I had better relief from DOMS (delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) with CEE.
The bloat was a little too much on the mono.... my belly looked like I was pregnant.
If it was muscle bloat... I would not have minded.
But, since it was cavity water... it was quite uncomfortable.
 
im gonna still will mono... after a week i dont get the pains in my guyt you just have to make it thru those couple of days
