im training natty for the next few months. im lookin into getting some good quality creatine.. i dont really like the original creatine monohhrate powder anyone try cee.. any other suggestions or good regimens to follow
 
NO-Xplode pre-workout, 2-3 scoops works well. You get 1gram of CEE per scoop, which should be enough imo.
 
I take two to grams of CEE before a workout, this stuff is light years beyond C mono. No bloat either.
No-explode is a kick ass supp. (very effective imo)
 
I have not taken creatine in years, stopped because of the bloat and smoothing out of my muscles.....Are you guys saying that No-Explode does NOT bloat or smooth out the look of the muscles??? If so i need to try it....I was a Phosphagen user before....Put size on me, but ballooned me up real bad....
 
I still hold some water, but nothing like with the original mono.
