What if I have made no changes to my diet, other than my use of creatine, but Ive gained 6lbs in 2 weeks. I'm training more intensely with my new partner, thats the only change!
Yeah, since creatine hydrates your muscles I would say it's mostly water weight. It's not a bad thing especially since the creatine will help you add muscle in the long run.
I 4th the water weight, but I still like it and supplement with it regularly. If your not pre-comp i would not worry about the water retention. Bloating and water weight jest go with the territory.
