I hate them as much as mosquito's and tall speed bumps.
I woke up with one Sat, went and did chest, made it worse. So what did I do...woke up this morn and went and did DL's. So if anyone is thinking you can work the soreness out....DONT TRY IT!

good to see you bro

yeah, back or neck, which has been my injury spot as of late, i wont touch it with any discomfort

The only thing that works for that is an sdjustment by a good chiropractor. I added the word "good," as they are as many mediocre chiropractors as good ones out there. A good one can fix what is wrong?many just temporarily alleviate the symptoms.

Even an average chiro should be able to help with a simple neck adjustment, as much of the relief is from an instant release of cerebral-spinal fluid when the neck is adjusted.

BTW, good to see you posting again my friend.

Heating pad, hot shower, neck rub from bodybuilder chick or house cleaning lady.

yeah, i go to one. i find it has helped me the past year with my re occurring back problems. but like john said you have to find a good one. i wont let them work my neck though. i dont mind my entire back being done. i have heard a lot of horror stories when people get their neck cracked.

That's a tough call, all seem helpful.
My right trap has been bothering me.
I went through a month of PT, different kinds of massage, and even used a lidocaine prescription patch and none of it helped at all.

I recommend yardwork. Seriously, because the only time the trap doesn't bother me is when I'm working, and especially in the yard.

Good luck, but deadlifts would be the last thing I would do if a trap was bothering me, those and upright rows.

And heavy shrugs
