Cutting Cyle and Diet

What's up guy?
I'm new here and looking for some experienced advice
I'm 23 yrs old, 6'3 and about 290
Ive got some muscle but it's mostly useless fat.
My objective is to keep the muscle i've got, but drastically cut the fat down
Advice on diet options and possible cutting cycle options would be helpful
I'm willing to do just about anything that it takes

I'm currently doing 30-40 min. of cardio 5 times a week in the morning on an empty stomach and lifting weights consistently 4-5 times a week

I take in as much protein as i can via chicken breast, eggs, and protein powder
carbs are low, fat is low as is calories

@dam what you need to do is post up your diet and training routine also any cycle history then im sure you will get alot of advise and suggestions to assist you with your goals.

alright then
i work a body part a day and combine arms, so that pretty much 5 days a week
for breakfast i'll have yogurt and grapenuts with a protein shake
lunch i'll have a turkey sandwhich on weat bread
some boiled eggs for snacks and cottage cheese
and for dinner i'll have baked chicken breast with a salad and a protein drink
as well as a protein drink before and after the gym

no cycle history for me, but i'm interested in doing so once i get my diet and workout down hard

@dam this is my suggestion firstly it sounds if you have got your training and cardio sorted i would however change some aspects of your diet,
Breakfast
50grms of oatmeal made with water also 6 egg whites instead of a protein shake

Mid morning
Whey protein drink with a table spoon of flax seed oil

Lunch can remain the same

Mid afternoon
Whey protein drink with a table spoon of flax seed oil

Evening meal can remain the same

Before bed i would suggest eating a breast of chicken or Turkey

Also post workout have a protein shake with Maltidextrin

All protein shakes are made with water,dont forget a good amount of water a day

I would suggest trying a good ECA stack to aid with fat loss and see how you get on with that. Other good bro`s will im sure offer advise this is just one opinion.

yea i make it a point to drink atleast a gallon of water a day
what all goes into a correct ECA stack?
just different components from supplement stores stacked together?
would a juice cyle be far fetched?

ECA is Ephedrine, Caffeine and aspirin the widely touted stack of E(25-50mg) C(200mg) A (300mg) is shown to be a potent fat burner stores sell ECA but i think your country recently is the same as mine ephadra free supplements i could be wrong if i were you i would try this first and then post how you are getting on with an update forget about a cycle for the time being and good luck. Oh yes just to add the ECA is 2 or 3 times a day but dont take after 6pm as you might have difficulty getting to sleep.
 
do i have to load up or taper off ECA?
and for how long should i stay on it?
sounds like a good idea for me to try out
 
@dam no need to ramp ECA up or down take 2 to 3 times per day i would advise 4 weeks on 2 off ,hope this helps.
