I usually cook 4 or 5 pounds of meat at a time to carry to work with ne. Lasts about 2 or 3 days. Day 1 is good, day two drys out and by the last day you need a gallon of water to. Eat the chicken (gag) leave my steak/beef in a gallon ziplock with some of the juices. Generally bake the chicken titties in cream of well anything with brown rice but still going to hello.
Know the simple solution is to cook more often but work 7/12's and barely have the time. Do u guys know any tricks to keep my meat wet? Ha

If you have access to a microwave reheat it in the plastic bag with some of the juice.

a microwave is the only option. the bag melts into the meat long before it is warm. tupperware makes it taste like plastic not to mention the bhpp or whatever they say it is that permeates the meat and is converted to estrogen by the body (not certain whatever became of that claim) try to only cook on non-gym days cause i'm gone from the house 16-17 hours on gym days and that leaves far too little time for the kidos wife and rest(which i get way too little of) jump from days to nights every month and have gotten to where sleep at any time is damn near impossible hince the scotch comments in earlier post

when my chicken starts to get hard to choke down i always rip it into small pieces and add a ton of vinegar and reheat it. seems fine then

And there is the answer I was looking for. Sounds like that would work and love vinegar so will do. Thanks
