Last night my wife and I were making a mad dash to get the house cleaned out and cleaned up while the 3 and 8 year olds were afoot.
My 8 year old is crying, it's raining like a monsoon, and we're getting irritated, but I take time for her.
"What happened?"
"The cat crawled through the access port and now is under the tub."
Oh, jeez...
Over an hour later, she's bawling and saying, "The cat's gonna die, the cat's goona die."
I said, "Give her some food, cats aren't stupid.
I took more stuff to storage in the pouring rain. When I got back the cat was out and they were leaving. What an ordeal.
I stayed another 5 hours, finishing the packing, cleaning, and preps for the walk-through today.
Finally crashed at 4AM. Up at 6, pushing through at work, very busy now. Gotta keep pushing until the house is painted on Sunday.
Oh, and Kitters is fine!
