Wtf why not? I can take Pakulski on upper body & Levrone on legs. Not sayin' much I know haha! Yeah man I'm gonna run about 2 g's a week for 2 years and look da fuck out mang. I'll show these rat bastuds how an old guy CAN have legs & back and kick some asss! LI I'm gonna be needing a sponsor for all my AAS, GH & supps for 2 years amigo, so get on the phones!

Head line next year reads "DPH WINS OLYMPIA. AFTER HEATH SUFFERS BROKEN HIP IN FREAK FALL ON STAGE" hahahaha

I'm gonna send my henchmen Buf & VJ out with a baseball bat to all the competitors hotel rooms the night before prejudging to pull a Tonya Harding. DPH wins by default bwahaha!

That's what I used to use, a baseball bat and a 9mm tucked in the back of the pants. I'd be proud to help you out. But to be honest, from your avvy, and pics I've seen of the O, you don't need my help bro.

Thanks for the compliment big daddy, but I would need much help indeed. That avi is 450mg ew as I recall. But I will say this - you put me on a Piana-like cycle of 2.5-3 g's ew, throw in some GH for a year, and I believe I wouldn't place last - not saying much I know haha. :p

crazy how you can look great on camera but when u get on stage it is a whole different ball game

Yeah but his torso & arms wasn't the main issue - it was back and legs even moreso. No carbing up is gonna help that.

IMO age isn't his main culprit. It was his short time to train & prepare after such a LONG layoff. He say he's gonna keep training & compete again in 2017. He's talking about getting his knees gtg so he can squat 500 again. I think that is the WRONG approach. He's always been one to train heavy using the basics, but he's going on 53 now. Hard to teach an old dog new tricks. IMO, he needs to forget about squatting 500, and train more smart. Do squats at the end of the workout when quads are pre-exhausted and use only 275-315 for more reps and superstrict form. Forget about barbell bench & inclines with 405. Hell even the younger guys dont be doing that. You've had 2 pec tears, incorporate Hammer Strength for chest pressing. Stop doing 6-8 rep ranges - lighten up and stay in the 10-15 range. Get the blood in there, more volume less weight. It's about longevity and avoiding injuries at this stage in his life. IMO he CAN do this - he can get those legs & back up to par, but gotta do it smart and give himself much more time to grow them. He does this for another year, I believe he can look MUCH better and place top 10. I doubt top 6 considering the highly competitive field, but top 10.

Just my take.

His chest was also lacking ....and over all mass as well.... But I still love the guy and I'm sure he would look like he belonged on stage if he puts another full year or two into it...

Hank not sure if you are trolling with this thread or serious. Maybe write to Wayne and see if you can get a special invite.
