ya I didnt wanna sound like a fuckin dork askin you all that shit, but you been around, and I dont talk to other people when I work out, so how the fuck am I supposed to know what others think. I hate working hamstrings, it feels great but I do heavy physical labour (scrapyard) all day so unless I do it friday night, I'm fucked. lotta times tuesday I'm still sore. but I go thru it regardless.I eat alot all day but 2hs out I drink coffee, water, and eat oranges and thats it. after I take my whey, cottage cheese and fish, any type, tuna, caanned sardines, herring etc I'm a newfie so next to water is fish at almost every meal lol when I workout its either rage against the machine, tragically hip, our lady peace, red hot chili peppers & offspring. I used to do this shit for stupid reasons
like power and girls. but now I do it for my two boys (9&10)
and longevity.
