DPH i remember back in the day on IT you used to show pics and you were HUGE. just wondering if you have anything in mind for any future comps?
 
Hehe yeah long time bro...miss the old IT eh? :) Yeah I may compete one of these decades if I can ever decide to be faithful to dieting down hehe. :p I'm still kickin' the iron hard...weighin' about 275 these days. How bout urself bro...still bustin' ass?

damn still looking good. you still got the mass to step on stage anytime! i just got back into lifting this year. im 5'7 shorty i no lol. 205 around 10%. i just took a pic on my cell phone last weekend, but can only seem to get it to show up on email. pm me ur email and i can send it to ya if u want. maybe you can have better luck posting it.

edit: oh shit i ment im 13% my goal is 10% should be there soon. eh ull see. i havent gotten it measured just going by what i see im sure ull know anyway.

Nada homie...just been enjoying the unemployment gig the past 6 months, kickin ass in da gym and chillin'.lol How 'bout you brah...still in Houston? You still playin' da Boiler Room gig on the day-job and sellin' Boones Farm part-time at night nigga?lol :p
