Bio:

I am an amateur classic physique competitor looking to compete in my second show in 2026. I have 11 years of training experience and started taking gear end of 2021. Made a lot of mistakes and got side effects due to lack of knowledge. After taking some time at TRT dose to get more education, I’m back on a true cycle to hopefully win my first show. Glad to be a part of the forum and look forward to posting my progress.

Notes:

Weight stayed the same since yesterday. Workouts have been pretty good the last two weeks since I added the 100mg of DHB. I get pumped after the second set regardless of the exercise. I noticed that my physique is looking fuller while keeping details and vascularity. I may up the calories by the end of the week to see if weight continues to climb.

Notes:

Today was a rest and meal prep day. My weight dropped by 0.2 lbs compared to yesterday. I woke up feeling very hungry, so I increased my calorie intake by adding rice cakes and peanut butter. Overall, my appetite has been strong, which makes me feel that my body is in a good position to grow. Tomorrow is leg day, and I want to ensure I am fully recovered so I can push hard on the belt squat. One of my key goals is to improve quad sweep, so the workout will focus primarily on unilateral movements. In terms of meal prep I made some copycat chipotle chicken breast and went to the store to stock up on more salmon. Next week I’ll add in some flank steak and marinate it similar to the chicken breast.
