does anyone know a good site that will show me good deadlift form and the days of my split i should use it to train with?
 
Head up, find a place above and ahead of you and watch it the whole time. Chest out and ass out, back straight. Bend your knees and keep the bar against your shins. When you straighten at the top, push your hips out and shrug.

I do them on backday at the end of my workout. I find if i place them first, i am able to lift more weight but i am drained for my lat workout. Doing it last i am able to still do a considerable amount of plates AND i have a great lat workout.

If you are a powerlifter i would def. put them first, but if you are a bodybuilder put them last.

Those would be stiff legged deads.
If i had to pick stiff or regular to do i would pick regular on back day.
 
Coleman combines the too, slight pressure on hams, knees slightly bent and only torso moves. Lock knee's at the top.
