Damn, post up ur routine, its a long damn way to the halfway house from here.

Just got home, I will say my boy Hung in there. I really pushed him cause I train fast and hard. We went to failure on our last set on each exercise and did 3 sets per
r with a rep range of 15 to about 7 or 8.

Warm up leg extensions, 2 sets of 20
Leg press
Hack squats
Leg extension 3 drop sets
Squats 2 sets of 15
Leg curls seated
Leg curls lying
Seated calve raises
Standing calve raises

All this took us about 50 min

If people would put the effort into training their lehs that they out into their chest and arms it would be better day in the gym.
But it might be harder to get the squat rack when you want it.
Now that I think about it I like it the way it is.

lol wife lasted 20 minutes into our last leg workout before she puked then she decided to scale back instead of trying to hang with me..

Thats one long ass ride for a workout dayyyuum! Did you like tell that dude your name is Dorian or somethin'?lol :p

LMAO, When I seen the title about great legs, Charlize Theron came to mind and that was my line of thought when I opened the thread to read it, ha ha ha
