Frank McGrath (Wrath) in the Animal Pak cage? I gotta brag about him whenever I get the chance. It's a big deal that a little place like Newfoundland has an IFBB Pro :) Are those forearms SICK or what?? :buff:
 
He's awesome and a real nice guy. When he's big and famous I'll always have the pics of me with him just after he turned pro..lol..
 
yea, I saw his big ass! I asked him what they were giving away. You needed to bench your weight for x amount of reps to win stuff. I wanted to do it, but G4E didn't want to :D
 
Thats cute. Buff asked for G4E's approval to do a little bench competition. G4E said no, and Buff listened. :)

Well, how about Frank, eh? He's a monster isn't he?? :)

He's competing in the Toronto Pro in June. He only competed as a pro once so far, in the same show, and placed 12th.
